è da un po' di tempo che non scrivo...ma come ho già scritto, forse precedentemente in altri post, la mia giornata dovrebbe essere di 24 ore da stare sveglia perchè troppe cose ho in questo momento da dover fare. Stasera però desidero farvi vedere alcuni dei miei ultimi lavori e che ho esposto in due fiere avvenute nella mia città e alle quali io ho partecipato, l'ultima proprio sabato e domenica scorsa.

it is a bit 'of time that I do not write ... but as I wrote, perhaps previously in other posts, my day would be 24 hours to stay awake because I have too many things at the moment from having to make. Tonight, however, I would like to show you some of my recent work and I have set out in two exhibitions that took place in my city, and to which I have participated, just last Saturday and Sunday.

" Il Baule dei ricordi" - "The Chest of Memories"
Quanti ricordi ciascuno infatti porta dietro di sè durante la vita e c'è poi chi spesso li associa ad un oggetto particolare e che desidera custodire gelosamente in un baule.
Ed ecco il baule di un uomo... i suoi ricordi di gioventù... la sua esperienza da giovane marinaio in giro per il mondo, dall'India di cui ha custodito alcuni ritagli di meravigliose sete al suo viaggio in Thailandia portato a spasso da un elefante e poi alcune mappe, il diario di viaggio, l'inseparabile cannocchiale per ammirare indimentabili panorami, lettere d'amore ricevute dalla sua amata donna ed infine l'album con le foto di famiglia...

Il Secondo baule l'ho realizzato pensando ad una Lady dell'Ottocento
il suo cappello di chiffon color bronzo, i suoi accessori da toilette, l'inseparabile spilla col cammeo e la collana di perle, il suo ritratto, il boquet dono del suo innamorato ed infine un libro prezioso come è quello dei "I Promessi Sposi" di Alessandro Manzoni.

Il terzo baule l'ho dedicato a colei che ama cucire e...perciò non può che esserci nel suo interno: pizzo antico, stoffe, velluto, il tulle ed il tamburello per ricamare, il cesto con filo, ago, metro, forbici e ritagli di stoffa nonché il cartamodello di un abito di moda. Una guida alla realizzazione di punti speciali ed infine bottoni e l'inseparabile ditale per non pungersi.
